Founded by Roy and Mary Childres over three decades ago in Midlothian, Texas, Double C Canvas began its journey with humble beginnings. Starting in a rented building, our first piece of equipment was a used single-needle Singer with a 30” arm. From those early days, our commitment to quality and service was clear.

Growth, for us, was built on resilience and versatility. Initially focusing on tarp repairs and a diverse range of projects “under the sun,” we’ve always been determined to meet our clients’ every need. This dedication has not only helped us retain our very first customers but has also been the bedrock of our continuous expansion.

Today, Double C Canvas boasts an extensive array of sewing machines, welding devices, and the latest in technology to offer a vast range of products and services, including our popular electric shades. The diversity of our offerings is so broad that listing them all would be almost impossible.
